International partner
AEIN, based in Luxembourg, has been a valued and steadfast partner of READS Ballari since 2006–2007, supporting our long-standing efforts to prevent child marriage and reduce gender disparity across Ballari and Koppal districts. Through this enduring partnership, READS Ballari has been able to reach children, adolescent girls, women, and vulnerable rural communities with initiatives that promote child protection, education, gender equality, and social empowerment.
AEIN’s support has contributed to awareness rallies, district-level conventions on child protection, rural entrepreneurship and livelihood training for women, school outreach programmes with educational materials, and community plantation drives promoting environmental responsibility. Over the years, this collaboration has helped strengthen community awareness, empower women and young girls, uphold child rights, and create pathways toward safer, more equitable, and sustainable futures.
